To the left of the entrance hall is a second bright and spacious living room, followed by a large, modern, well-equipped Perigordian kitchen. The kitchen has direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. A gate provides secure access to the swimming pool from the side of the house.

On this level, you will also find the laundry room and two separate toilets.

From the entrance hall, a staircase leads to the sleeping area. On this floor there are two spacious double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, a shower room and a toilet.

Outside, there are two terraces, one shaded under a pergola and the other is open and equipped with garden furniture. The private swimming pool is set back and protected by a small laurel hedge. There is also a children's swing in the garden.

Maid service: A 2 hour clean per week is included for the kitchen and bathrooms.
