The property comprises a large main house and a gîte that can sleep up to 14 people. There is the option of renting an additional gîte that can sleep 4 people, for a maximum capacity of 18.

This family property with a heated salt pool is situated in a small hamlet close to Rouffignac, about 3 km from all amenities.

The main house has a fully-equipped kitchen with direct access to the dining room. From here, you have access to a veranda leading on one side to a balcony with magnificent views over the valley and, on the other, to the garden, swimming pool and shaded outdoor dining area.

Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a second large dining room featuring its own bar. (On the ground floor, the bedroom, the dining room and the veranda are equipped with air-conditioning.)

From here, a staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a lounge area and a double bedroom in the pigeonnier. A long corridor leads to 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The gîte has an open-plan kitchen/dining and living area, two upstairs double bedrooms and a shower room with toilet.

You can also make the most of the outside spaces and stunning views over the valley and rolling hills:
