Our Property Sales service concentrates on quality houses in the Dordogne which, in our 17 years experience of holiday rental, would provide an ideal holiday rental house, should this be of interest to you. Some of these houses will be fully renovated with little or no work required to meet the standards required for rental whilst others may need a certain amount of refurbishment.
If refurbishment is required we can be on hand to advise you in terms of prioritising works to gain the most from a rental perspective. Simply Perigord also offers project management services if you are unable to handle refurbishment works yourself.
In common with the rental and maintenance side of Simply Perigord's business the "raison d'être" for our property sales is to offer a tailored service to our clients. Once you have found the property you wish to buy we will be in a position to help you understand the French process of house purchase and can offer a full information pack.
