This pretty stone cottage is in the hamlet of Scarpat and has been fully restored to create very comfortable accommodation. A large covered terrace at the back of the house overlooks the established gardens and swimming pool and provides an ideal spot for shady outdoor eating. The front door leads into a well equipped kitchen/dining room with terracotta tiles and pine washed walls. Steps lead down into a very cosy sitting room with exposed stonework and beams. Both the kitchen and sitting room have doors which lead onto the covered terrace which is informally furnished with rattan furniture and an additional dining table. From the sitting room a hallway leads to two shower rooms, each with WC and two bedrooms. Stairs lead from the hallway to a large double bedded mezzanine room with exposed beams. A well appointed cottage which offers a secluded retreat which is none the less close to all amenities.

Cette jolie maison en pierre a été complètement restaurée pour être transformée en ravissant et très confortable logement. Derrière la maison se trouve une grande terrasse couverte qui donne sur le jardin et la piscine - un endroit ombragé, idéal pour prendre les repas.
La porte d'entrée mène à la cuisine/salle à manger bien équipée. Deux marches mènent à un joli séjour avec pierres et poutres apparentes et une grande cheminée. Ces deux pièces avec portes vitrées donnent sur la terrasse couverte avec des meubles en rotin. Du séjour, un couloir mène aux deux salles d'eau avec, chacune, un WC et à deux chambres. Des escaliers mènent du couloir à l'étage où se trouve une grande chambre avec pierres et poutres apparentes.
Une maison très agréable et dans un endroit calme mais bien situé pour découvrir les plus beaux sites du Périgord.
