Located in an area of lovely homes on the outskirts of Aix, this property is actually a small cottage across the lane from the owners larger house. It boasts a very spacious garden, nicely landscaped, and completely private from the owners' home and other neighbouring houses. There is a studio on the grounds, sleeping two, which may be rented with the house. It is just a few minutes by car into Aix and there is also regular bus service. The owners' pool across the lane is available to guests at La Petite Lezardiere.
