Summary

This property comprises four charming, rustic cottages forming an integral part of an incredible château-fort once belonging to the Templars, dating from the twelfth century. Today the château is a vast and productive vineyard growing some of the best local CÃ´tes du RhÃ´ne wines. The views from the property over the vineyards are spectacular.

The Maison des Chasseurs and the Maison des BÃ»cherons are built into the exterior wall of the château itself, whereas the Bergerie is about 60 metres down the lane.

Situation:

The property is 6 kilometres west of the bustling town of Bagnols-sur-Cèze, where there is plenty of shopping and several good restaurants, cafés, and an excellent Wednesday street market.

Accommodation:

The cottages are open plan living areas containing a sofa, armchairs, large dining table, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a fireplace for which wood is supplied. Each cottage opens onto a terrace with outdoor furniture.

One double bedroom, one with twin beds. Bathroom: Shower, hand basin, separate WC.
