Summary

This lovely old stone farmhouse has been tastefully renovated in comfortable Provencal fashion. It is situated on four acres of wooded land on the outskirts of the tiny village of St. Andre D'Olerargues, in the heart of the Cotes Du Rhone vineyards. There is a nice restaurant in the village just a few minutes walk from the house as well as a small grocery store. Three kilometres away in the village of St. Marcel de Careiret there is a bakery, grocery store and cafe. St. Andre has a small grocery store and a very nice restaurant within walking distance from the house. The beautiful town of Goudargues is eight kilometres away where there are several excellent restaurants, cafes, shops and a Wednesday market. Swans and other waterfowl swim gracefully on the canal that runs through the village. The location is ideal for exploring such towns as Uzes, Avignon, Orange, Nimes and the spectacular Gorges de L'Ardeche.

Living room with stone fireplace, two leather sofas and comfortable easy chair. CD player. Beamed ceilings and terra cotta floors.

Dining room / Kitchen is furnished with pine furniture and built-in fireplace. Appliances include dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Main floor bathroom with small hand basin and WC.

Master bedroom, queen-size bed, ensuite bath with bathtub, separate shower, two hand basins and WC.
