A delightful, fully restored Water Mill dating back to the 18th century. Located in a totally private spot, surrounded by fields, with far reaching views of the forest and countryside yet within walking distance of the historic 12th century village of Châteauneuf which has small boutiques, cafés and restaurants as well as its 12th century Château & church.
