A very well equipped property in a quiet location with views across open countryside. Of particular note is the covered eating area overlooking the pool and view with wooden decking, separate BBQ platform, large dining table and comfortable rattan sofas and armchairs. The house is surrounded by a large garden, mainly laid to lawn with mature trees and shrubs and has the added advantage of a garage with laundry room.

The entrance door opens into a hallway off which, to the right, is a corridor with twin bedroom, a bathroom with separate WC and a compact yet well equipped kitchen with double doors leading directly out to the dining end of the veranda. To the left of the entrance door is a comfortably furnished sitting/dining room with wood burning fireplace. Doors also open out onto the sitting area of the veranda. Stairs lead up from the sitting/dining room to two good sized double bedrooms, one with ensuite shower room and WC. The third bedroom has a vanity unit and there is a separate WC on the landing. All in all a delightful property, ideal for relaxing by the pool yet well positioned for visiting the many sites of the Perigord.

C'est une propriété très bien équipée dans un lieu tranquille profitant de vues sur la rase campagne. A noter, en particulier, l'espace repas couvert, au plancher en bois, supervisant la piscine et la campagne, disposant d'une plate forme indépendante pour le barbecue, d'une grande table et de confortables canapés et fauteuils en rotin. La maison, entourée d'un grand jardin principalement consacré au gazon avec arbres adultes et arbustes possède un avantage supplémentaire qui consiste en un garage avec buanderie.

La porte d'entrée s'ouvre sur un vestibule à la droite duquel longe un couloir d'où sont accessibles une chambre aux lits jumeaux, une salle de bains et un WC indépendant ainsi qu'une cuisine compacte mais bien équipée dont la porte à deux battants s'ouvre sur la partie de la véranda réservée aux repas. A gauche de la porte d'entrée est aménagé un salon/salle à manger confortablement meublé et disposant d'un insert. Une porte s'ouvre également sur la véranda, cette fois côté détente. Du salon/salle à mange, un escalier monte aux deux chambres à grand lit, assez grandes, et dont l'une possède, en suite, une salle d'eau et un WC. La troisième chambre possède un élément avec lababo encastré et sur le palier se trouve un WC indépendant.

Bref, c'est une ravissante propriété, idéale pour se relaxer au bord de la piscine mais également bien située pour qui veut visiter les différents sites du Périgord.
