This beautifully restored Gentilhommière dates back to the 17th Century and nestles in its own grounds flanked by woodland. Approached via a private driveway the ensemble of buildings is set around a courtyard with a huge lime tree providing shade over an outdoor terrace. Attention to detail throughout has resulted in very comfortable accommodation. From the courtyard the front door leads into the hallway, to the right of which is the sitting room with exposed stonework and beams and open fireplace. To the left is the dining room with double doors leading out to a delightful wysteria covered terrace with comfortable lounging furniture. The well-equipped kitchen with slate floor is off the dining room and has light oak units and granite work surfaces. Also on this floor is a separate WC. Stairs lead up from the hallway to a mezzanine study area and three large double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. One of the bathrooms is particularly large with Victorian style bath. Opposite the house is a shower room with WC. An archway leads through to the pool area with views across the countryside. Just outside the courtyard is a delightful, well equipped stone cottage with its own private terraces for alfresco dining. A charming property restored to a high standard set in a tranquil part of the Périgord Noir.

Ce petit Gentilhommière datant du 17è siècle, joliment restauré est niché au sein de ses terres entourées de bois. La ville dynamique du Bugue est à proximité avec son marché du mardi matin. Un chemin privé mène à la propriété et son ensemble de bâtiments situés autour de la cour au centre de laquelle trône un tilleul qui procure de l'ombre sur la terrasse extérieure. L'attention au détail de haut niveau, apporté partout dans la demeure, aboutit à un foyer confortable dans un endroit calme et retiré.

De la cour, une imposante porte d'entrée mène au corridor de la maison principale. Sur la droite, deux marches en pisé conduisent au salon avec sa cheminée ouverte, ses pierres et poutres apparentes. Cette pièce possède des portes s'ouvrant sur le jardin et la terrasse. A la gauche du corridor, une porte mène à la salle à manger aux portes doubles s'ouvrant sur la ravissante terrasse couverte de glycine et son confortable salon en rotin. La cuisine très bien équipée avec son sol en ardoise, ses unités en chêne clair et ses plans de travail en granit est accessible depuis la salle à manger. Egalement au rez-de-chaussée se trouve un vestiaire avec WC. Depuis le corridor, un escalier monte à la mezzanine-bureau et trois grandes chambres à grand lit, chacune avec sa propre salle de bains. Une des salles de bains est particulièrement grande avec une baignoire de style Victorien. En face de la maison principale, est aménagée une salle d'eau indépendante avec WC près de laquelle un porche mène à l'espace piscine avec vues sur la campagne. Juste hors de la cour, se trouve un charmant cottage, bien équipé, aux pierres apparentes avec ses terrasses privées pour les repas en plein air. Une charmante propriété, en vielles pierres, restaurée à un niveau de grand standing et sise dans un coin paisible du Périgord Noir.
