This is a super location right in the middle of wonderful places to see and things to do in the Périgord Noir, close to the hilltop bastide of Domme, and Sarlat with its fascinating mediaeval quarter. Canoes can be hired at Grolejac & Cenac to paddle along to Beynac, and the area abounds in good country auberges and restaurants. This traditional stone house has been recently renovated to give spacious comfortable accommodation. Downstairs is the good sized kitchen/breakfast room, and a well furnished, comfortable sitting/dining room with French doors onto the terrace. Downstairs WC. The study, which also has French doors to the front, has stairs up to the tower which has a twin bedroom with washbasin. Stairs from the sitting room go up to the other two bedrooms each with a washbasin. The master bedroom also has a corner shower. Bathroom and separate WC. Steps from the front terrace lead down to the gravelled drive and the garden is laid to lawn with some splendid trees for shade. Beside the swimming pool is a covered terrace with table and chairs and a pool room.

Superbement située en plein coeur du Périgord Noir et de ses nombreux sites, cette maison se trouve près de la bastide de Domme et de Sarlat avec ses quartiers médiévaux fascinants. En louant un canoë, on peut descendre la Dordogne et la région est truffée de bons restaurants et d'auberges.

Cette vieille maison récemment restaurée offre des pièces confortables et spacieuses. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve une cuisine avec coin petit déjeuner et un salon/salle à manger bien meublé, avec des portes-fenêtres donnant sur la terrasse. Il y a un WC en bas. Le bureau, également avec des portes-fenêtres sur la terrasse, est le point de départ de l'escalier dans la tour avec sa chambre à lits jumeaux et lavabo. Du salon, un escalier mène aux deux autres chambres, chacune avec lavabo. La chambre principale a une douche. Il y a une salle de bains, et un WC séparé. Des marches descendent de la terrasse à l'allée empierrée et au jardin en pelouse avec de superbes arbres pour l'ombre. La piscine se trouve à gauche de la maison, elle a une plage dallée et une terrasse couverte.
