This old, stone built house is located on the edge of a sleepy hamlet 6kms from the mediaeval market town of Sarlat. It is set in grounds of nearly an acre and has a superb view across the swimming pool to the valley beyond. Several of the rooms have direct access to the outside but the main entrance is through the galley kitchen. A corridor leads on, passing a downstairs cloakroom, to the sitting/dining room on a slightly lower level. From the sitting room stairs lead down to the garden level where there are two bedrooms connected by a corridor, off which is a shower room and WC. There is direct access from the furthest bedroom to the courtyard. Returning to the sitting room, stairs go up to the twin bedroom and the second shower room with WC. A well equipped house in a lovely part of the Dordogne.

Cette vieille maison en pierre se trouve à l'orée d'un hameau paisible à 6 km de la belle ville médiévale de Sarlat. Dans un parc de 3000m2 avec sa piscine, elle jouit d'une vue superbe sur la campagne.
Plusieurs pièces ont une entrée directe depuis l'extérieur, mais l'entrée principale se fait par la cuisine d'où part un couloir vers le séjour/salle à manger. De cette pièce on descend au rez-de-chaussée où se trouvent deux chambres, salle de douches et WC. De cet endroit, un escalier monte à une chambre avec des lits jumeaux et une salle d'eau avec WC.
Une maison pleine de charme et confortable dans un très joli coin.
