This is a very pretty old stone farmhouse on one level with an independent guest cottage. The surrounding grounds are well stocked with mature trees and there is ample lawn where children can play. Both buildings are set around the swimming pool. A long terrace runs the length of the house which has french doors leading into the kitchen, sitting room and two bedrooms. The entrance door leads into the kitchen/dining room which has been restored in true French rustic farmhouse style with pale terracotta tiles and pine kitchen units and table. The cosy sitting room has an open fireplace, exposed beams and a colombage wall to one side. There are three good-sized bedrooms in the main house and two large family bathrooms, one of which is ensuite to the master bedroom. The guest cottage has been thoughtfully restored and retains exposed beams and an original bread oven. There is a double bedroom with its own large bathroom together with a separate utility room which houses the washing machine.

A rustic, simply furnished farmhouse in a delightful setting, in which to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful holiday. For those who wish to explore the sites the historic town of Bergerac is just 15kms away with smaller villages within a stone's throw for basic shopping. The small international airport at Bergerac makes this a very convenient holiday home for those who wish to spend a minimum amount of time driving once arriving in France.

Une très jolie maison en pierre avec un petit cottage indépendant, tout de plain-pied. Le jardin joliment arboré avec son espace vert est idéal pour les enfants.

Les deux bâtiments se situent autour de la piscine. Derrière la maison, une longue terrasse donne sur le jardin d'où des portes vitrées mènent à la cuisine, au séjour et à deux chambres. La cuisine/salle à manger est meublée dans un style rustique. On passe par la cuisine pour se rendre dans le séjour aux pierres et poutres apparentes et équipé d'une cheminée. Il y a trois chambres dont une avec salle de bains mitoyenne et une autre salle de bains. Dans le petit cottage indépendant, se trouvent une chambre avec grand lit et une salle de bains. Une petite buanderie avec machine à laver est aussi à disposition.

Une maison rustique dans un endroit où le calme peut être apprécié.
