Situated on a hillside just before entering the small village of Le Coux et Bigaroque, this recently built house has very pretty views across the surrounding countryside. The entrance door leads into the hallway, off which is the newly installed and well equipped kitchen/dining room. The dining area opens out into the sitting room with doors leading to the terrace overlooking the pool and garden. This open plan room has been comfortably furnished and has an insert fireplace. Also on the ground floor is a study and, at the end of the hallway, a shower room with large shower, basin and WC. Upstairs the very pretty master bedroom has an ensuite shower room with large oval window overlooking the countryside view. The second double bedroom, twin bedded room (with additional roll-out single bed) and family bathroom are also on this floor. The furnishings throughout are of a high standard and all rooms have been tastefully decorated with an eye to detail.

The private swimming pool is situated below the property, surrounded by the garden which is mainly laid to lawn with newly planted shrubs, trees and bushes and a large rockery.

An ideal situation not far from a bustling market town and within easy reach of the numerous sites in the Périgord.

Située à flanc de coteau juste avant d'arriver au village du Coux et Bigaroque, cette maison, de construction récente, profite de très jolies vues sur la campagne environnante. La porte d'entrée s'ouvre sur le vestibule d'où la cuisine/salle à manger, récemment aménagée et bien équipée, est accessible. Le coin repas s'ouvre sur le salon dont les portes donnent sur la terrasse supervisant la piscine et le jardin. Cette pièce à claire voie, dotée d'une cheminée avec insert, est confortablement meublée. Egalement au rez-de-chaussée, se trouvent un cabinet de travail et, au bout du couloir, une salle d'eau avec une grande cabine de douches, un lavabo et un WC. A l'étage, la très jolie chambre principale dispose d'une salle d'eau en suite avec une grande fenêtre ovale avec vue sur la campagne. La seconde chambre à grand lit, la chambre aux lits jumeaux (avec un lit simple roulant supplémentaire) et la salle de bains familiale sont également aménagées à cet étage.

Partout dans la maison, le mobilier est de haute qualité et toutes les pièces sont décorées avec goût et attention au détail.

La piscine privée est située en contrebas de la propriété, entourée du jardin principalement consacré au gazon avec de récentes plantations d'arbres, d'arbustes et de buissons ainsi qu'une grande rocaille.

Une localisation idéale non loin d'une ville au marché animé et des nombreux sites de Dordogne aisément accessibles.
