Deep in the hills between Le Coux and St Cyprien, this old stone cottage has a splendid uninterrupted view across the valley. It is in a quiet, peaceful, position but not isolated as there are farms and cottages dotted around the hillside. On the ground floor there is a kitchen/dining room and a large sitting room each with fireplace and doors onto the terrace. To the right of the kitchen is a bedroom with its own bathroom, separate shower cubicle and WC. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms with a bathroom in between the two. Across the grassy courtyard there is a small independent stone building that has been restored giving a further double bedroom with ensuite shower room and separate WC.

There is a small garden at the front of the house and the swimming pool is located on the lower terrace.

Dans les collines entre Le Bugue et St Cyprien, cette vieille maison en pierre a une vue splendide sur la campagne. Elle est dans un endroit tranquille mais pas isolé car il y a des fermes aux alentours. Au rez- de -chaussée il y a une cuisine/salle à manger avec une grande cheminée et une porte qui donne sur la terrasse. A gauche de la cuisine/salle à manger il y a un séjour, aussi avec une grande cheminée et une porte sur la terrasse. A droite de la cuisine, il y a une chambre et salle de bains avec baignoire et douche en suite. A l'étage, il y a deux chambres avec une salle de bains entre les deux. En face de la maison principale, on trouve un joli petit cottage indépendant en pierre qui a été bien restauré. Dans ce petit cottage il y a une chambre avec grand lit et une salle d'eau avec WC indépendant. Le jardin autour de la maison est assez petit, et la piscine, avec une vue superbe, se trouve sur la terrasse en bas.

En Moyenne Saison on peut louer la maison (sans appartement) si votre groupe ne fait pas plus de 6 personnes.
