A charming old stone house with attached cottage which has been restored to a high level. Nestling in its own grounds, with woodlands on two sides, the property is skirted by a tiny lane where the occasional farmer may pass by. The busy town of Le Bugue is a very short drive away, with its bustling market on Tuesday mornings. From the courtyard, which has a delightful outdoor eating area, the entrance door leads into the hallway off which is the fully equipped kitchen/dining room to the right and, to the left, a large sitting room with exposed stonework, beams and fireplace. A utility room and full bathroom are also on this floor. Stairs lead up from the sitting room to a twin bedroom with double vanity unit and dressing room, a double bedroom and a shower room with WC. The adjoining cottage, which is accessed from the courtyard side front door, has also been delightfully restored and provides a further self contained sitting/dining/kitchen area on the ground floor. Stairs from this large open plan room lead up to two large double bedrooms, one with exposed stonework and beams and vanity unit. Between the two bedrooms is a large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Also on the ground floor of the cottage is an additional separate WC.

Outside the swimming pool with its paved surround overlooks the woodland and countryside. A large lime tree in the back garden provides welcome shade as well as a covered eating area which also enjoys the country view. C'est une charmante maison ancienne en pierre avec son cottage à la rénovation de grande qualité. Nichée dans ses terres avec bois de part et d'autre, la propriété est bordée d'un minuscule chemin emprunté occasionnellement par un fermier. La ville animée du Bugue est très proche en voiture où, tous les mardis matin, se tient un marché plein de vie. L'attention minutieuse portée au détail, partout à travers la propriété, aboutit à un foyer confortable sis dans un endroit calme et retiré.

Depuis la cour dotée d'un charmant espace repas, la porte d'entrée mène dans le hall d'où est accessible, sur la droite, une cuisine/salle à manger entièrement équipée et, sur la gauche, un grand salon paré de pierres apparentes, poutres et cheminée. Une buanderie et une salle de bains se trouvent également à ce niveau. Depuis le salon, l'escalier monte à une chambre aux lits jumeaux avec un élément à deux vasques et une garde-robe, à une chambre à grand lit et une salle de douches avec WC. A l'extérieur, la piscine avec sa plage pavée supervise les bois et la campagne. Un grand tilleul, dans le jardin arrière, procure une ombre agréable ainsi qu'un espace repas couvert qui profite également de la vue sur la campagne. En bref, c'est une charmante vieille propriété en pierre rénonvée à un niveau de grand standing et sise dans un coin paisible du Périgord Noir.
