A charming stone cottage built in the Périgourdine style and situated in the heart of the countryside between Trémolat and Calès. Lalinde, on the banks of the Dordogne river, is only 10 kms away and has a busy market on Thursday mornings.

The cottage has been sympathetically restored and provides comfortable and well equipped accommodation. On the ground floor there is a sitting room leading through to a kitchen/dining room. There is also a shower room with WC on the ground floor. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with twin beds and a smaller twin bedded room more suitable for children, and a second shower room with WC.

The 10m x 5m swimming pool is situated at the rear of the property. The garden is mainly laid to lawn with plenty of trees and shrubs offering perfect shade for outdoor eating. A very pretty cottage situated in a tranquil corner of the Périgord Noir.

Please note: In the Mid & Low Seasons the property may be rented at a reduced rate if your party does not exceed 4 people (Please see pricing box below).

Une très jolie maison périgourdine qui se trouve en pleine campagne entre Trémolat et Calès. Lalinde, au bord de la Dordogne est à 10km avec son grand marché du jeudi matin.

La maison à été bien restaurée récemment. Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a un séjour et une cuisine/salle à manger avec une porte qui donne sur le jardin. Il y a aussi une salle d'eau avec WC au rez-de-chaussée. A l'étage, il y a trois chambres, une avec grand lit, une avec les lits jumeaux et une chambre plus petite pour les enfants avec les lits jumeaux et une autre salle d'eau avec WC. La piscine est située dans un coin très privé. Le jardin est gazonné avec plusieurs arbres et arbustes ; idéal pour les repas à l'ombre.

Une très jolie maison dans un coin très privé du Périgord Noir.

Prix réduit en Moyenne et Basse Saisons si votre groupe ne fait pas plus de 4 personnes.
