A very elegant, well equipped town house situated in a quiet lane in the market town of Le Bugue and within walking distance of all amenities. C'est une maison citadine très harmonieuse et bien équipée, sise dans une ruelle tranquille de la ville commerçante du Bugue, à quelques pas de tous les agréments. A noter, en particulier, la grande terrasse et l'espace repas couvert à l'arrière de la maison avec quelques marches montant à la piscine privée et le jardin clos. Avantage supplémentaire, la maison possède son propre garage.

La porte d'entrée s'ouvre sur un vestibule à la droite duquel se trouve une chambre à grand lit avec sa propre salle d'eau et son WC. Egalement, au rez-de-chaussée, une porte intérieure donne sur le garage et sur l'assez grande buanderie carrelée.
