High on a hill above Le Bugue this recently built Périgourdine-style house with tower has extensive views over the town and surrounding countryside and offers spacious accommodation. The front door is in the tower and leads into a large hallway. To the left is the well equipped kitchen/dining room and separate laundry room. The sitting room is comfortably furnished and has french doors opening onto a large covered terrace with ceiling fans which overlooks the view and pool. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a further separate WC. On the first floor there is a small study in the tower, four bedrooms and a very large bathroom with separate bath and shower.

The furnishings throughout are of a high standard and all rooms have been tastefully decorated with an eye to detail. The private swimming pool with its wooden decking surround takes full advantage of the view.

An excellent situation not far from a bustling market town within easy reach of the numerous sites of the Périgord.

Haut sur une colline, dominant Le Bugue, cette propriété de style périgourdin et sa tour, récemment construites bénéficient de vastes vues sur la ville et la campagne alentour et offrent un spacieux logement. La porte d'entrée est dans la tour et mène à un grand vestibule. Sur la gauche, se trouve la cuisine/salle à manger bien équipée et une buanderie indépendante. Le salon est confortablement meublé et équipé de portes-fenêtres s'ouvrant sur une grande terrasse couverte dotée de ventilateurs au plafond et dominant le paysage et la piscine. Au rez-de-chaussée est également aménagée la première chambre avec salle de bains en suite ainsi qu'un autre WC indépendant. Dans la tour, au premier étage, vous trouverez un bureau, quatre chambres et une très grande salle de bains.

Partout, l'ameublement est de très bonne qualité et toutes les pièces sont décorées avec goût et soin du détail. La piscine privative avec sa plage en bois profite pleinement du panorama.

Un excellent emplacement, non loin d'une ville au marché animé et à l'accès aisé aux nombreux sites du Périgord.
