High on a hill behind Le Bugue this recently built house has extensive views over the town. The accommodation, which is all on one level, has been thoughtfully designed to give plenty of light and space. The large sitting room is delightfully furnished and has french doors opening onto the partly covered terrace. An archway from the sitting room leads into the well equipped kitchen/dining room which also has french doors onto the terrace. To the left of the front door, the first bedroom has twin beds and an ensuite shower room with WC. The other two bedrooms overlook the view and each has french doors onto the terrace. One has twin beds and the other has a double bed with a canopy. There is a second shower room with a separate WC.

The furnishings throughout are of a high standard and all rooms have been very tastefully decorated with an eye to detail. The private swimming pool with its paved surround takes full advantage of the view. The terrace offers the best of both worlds - a shady place to dine with an area in full sunshine. An excellent situation not far from a bustling market town within easy reach of the numerous sites in the Périgord.

Cette maison récemment construite sur les hauteurs d'une colline derrière Le Bugue jouit de vastes vues sur la ville. Le logement de plain-pied a été conçu avec soin afin de procurer de la clarté et de l'espace en abondance. Le vaste salon est délicieusement meublé et possède des portes-fenêtres s'ouvrant sur la terrasse en partie couverte. Du salon, une voûte mène à la cuisine/salle à manger bien équipée, elle-même agrémentée de portes-fenêtres donnant sur la terrasse. A gauche de la porte d'entrée, se trouve la première chambre aux lits jumeaux avec sa propre salle de douches et WC. Les deux autres chambres dominent le panorama ayant chacune ses portes-fenêtres s'ouvrant sur la terrasse. L'une est dotée de lits jumeaux et l'autre d'un grand lit à baldaquin d'1m40. Une seconde salle de douches avec WC indépendant est aménagée.

Partout, l'ameublement est d'une qualité de très haut niveau et toutes les pièces sont réellement décorées avec goût et soin du détail. La piscine privée avec sa bordure pavée profite pleinement de la vue. La terrasse offre à la fois un emplacement à l'ombre pour les repas et un espace en plein soleil. Un excellent endroit non loin d'une ville au marché animé et à l'accès facile aux nombreux sites du Périgord.
