This charming old stone house with pigeonnier has been completely restored and offers comfortable accommodation in a quiet and peaceful setting, not far from the mediaeval bastide town of Belvès.

The entrance door opens into a large, fully equipped kitchen/dining room with fireplace. To the right an archway leads through into the sitting room with open fireplace, exposed stonework and beams. Steps go down from the sitting room to a corridor off which is a shower room, separate WC and utility room. Also on the ground floor is a second, sunny sitting room, ideal for reading. On the first floor is the master bedroom, a second double bedroom with exposed beams and a large bathroom and separate WC. A short flight of steep wooden steps lead up from the landing to the twin bedded room. Opposite the main house is a restored pigeonnier which accommodates two people in an area which is compact yet very well thought out. Downstairs is a corner kitchen and a shower room with WC. A wooden spiral staircase leads up to the bedroom with TV/video. Outside the garden is mainly laid to lawn with established shrubs and trees and there is a covered pergola overlooking the pool, ideal for shady outdoor eating. A charming property situated within the heart of the Périgord Noir and ideally positioned to visit the sites.

Cette charmante maison ancienne en pierre avec pigeonnier indépendant fut entièrement restaurée pour offrir un foyer confortable dans un endroit tranquille et paisible. Sise dans le village de Bouillac, elle est proche de Belvès, ville bastide médiévale. La porte d'entrée s'ouvre sur une grande cuisine/salle à manger toute équipée avec cheminée. Sur la droite, un passage voûté mène au salon doté d'une cheminée ouverte, de pierres et poutres apparentes. Du salon, des marches descendent à un couloir par lequel une salle d'eau, un WC indépendant et une buanderie sont accessibles. D'autre part, au rez-de-chaussée, se trouve un second salon et, à l'autre extrémité de la cuisine, une salle à manger plus traditionnelle. De la salle à manger, un escalier monte au 1er étage où sont aménagés la chambre principale, une seconde chambre double, une grande salle de bains et un WC indépendant. Du palier, quelques marches en bois montent à la chambre garnie de lits jumeaux. A l'extérieur, le jardin est principalement consacré au gazon et une pergola couverte avec vue sur la piscine. En face de la maison, se trouve le pigeonnier pouvant accueillir deux personnes dans un espace certes compact mais très bien agencé. Au niveau inférieur se trouve un coin cuisine et une salle d'eau avec WC. Une cage d'escalier en colimaçon monte à la chambre. Une charmante propriété au coeur du Périgord Noir et idéalement située pour qui veut visiter les nombreux sites.

En Moyenne Saison on peut louer la maison, sans le pigeonnier, pour des groupes qui ne font pas plus de 6 personnes.
