This charming old farmhouse has been professionally renovated to offer very comfortable accommodation. It is in pleasant open countryside and is ideally located for visiting the many attractions of the Perigord Noir as well as savouring the excellent nearby restaurants. The restoration has created a comfortable, spacious home with every amenity including a superb swimming pool. The large grounds have pleasant views over the countryside. The front door opens into an attractive tiled hall off which is a shower room and WC. To the left of the hall is a welcoming sitting room with exposed stonework and beams. This leads to a spacious bedroom with doors opening onto a patio and garden. There is a further twin bedded room off this double bedroom which also as an exterior door leading to the gravelled courtyard. To the right of the entrance hall is the large fully fitted, very well equipped kitchen/breakfast room. Beyond the kitchen is a cosy second sitting/TV room room with an open fireplace. A staircase leads up to three further bedrooms - one double, one twin and one small single - two of which have their own fully tiled ensuite bathrooms.

Cette vieille ferme fut restaurée avec goût et professionnalisme pour offrir un foyer très confortable. Elle est située en rase campagne, lieu bien agréable d'où vous pourrez partir à la découverte des nombreux sites touristiques et des excellents restaurants du Périgord Noir. La maison spacieuse et confortable est très bien équipée avec une piscine superbe. Le vaste terrain profite de vues agréables sur la campagne. La porte d'entrée s'ouvre sur un joli hall carrelé d'où est accessible une salle d'eau avec un WC. A gauche du hall, se trouve un séjour accueillant avec pierres et poutres apparentes. Ce dernier communique avec une chambre spacieuse qui s'ouvre sur un des patios et le jardin ; elle-même donnant sur une autre chambre aux lits jumeaux* avec ouverture sur la cour gravillonnée. A droite du hall, est aménagée la grande cuisine entièrement et très bien équipée. Au delà de la cuisine, se trouve un second salon douillet/pièce TV avec cheminée ouverte. Un escalier monte aux trois autres chambres, une à grand lit, une avec lits jumeaux et une petite à lit simple*. Deux des chambres disposent de leur salle de bains entièrement carrelée et d'un WC. Les propriétaires acceptent que des pianistes confirmés utilisent le piano après en avoir demandé l'autorisation à Simply Périgord. Prière de nous contacter pour informations.
