Alles sur Dordogne is a small, quiet village on the banks of the Dordogne river, not far from Limeuil where the Vézère and Dordogne rivers meet. The property is a substantial stonebuilt house opposite the church and its unique position means the garden extends right down to the Dordogne river bank. The house has been extensively renovated retaining many original features but incorporating all modern comforts. On the ground floor there is a sitting room with fireplace and doors leading to the side garden and rear terrace. The dining area also has several sets of doors opening onto this terrace. From the dining area an archway leads through to the well equipped kitchen, off which there is a laundry room and cloakroom. On the first floor there are four bedrooms and four bath/shower rooms. The master bedroom and one of the twin bedded rooms each have an ensuite shower room and both have views over the garden and river. The other two bedrooms are twin bedded, one with ensuite bathroom, the other with its own shower room.

The recently installed 10m x 5m swimming pool is in the rear garden between the terrace and the river. A lovely house in a very picturesque spot.

Alles sur Dordogne est un charmant petit village sur les rives de la Dordogne, pas très loin de Limeuil, village où se rejoignent la Vézère et la Dordogne. La propriété est une imposante maison en pierre en face de l'église et cette position unique fait que le jardin s'étend par la droite jusqu'aux rives de la Dordogne. La maison a été rénovée en conservant le style ancien mais en y ajoutant tout le confort moderne.

Au rez de chaussée, il y a un salon avec cheminée dont les portes donnent côté jardin et sur la terrasse de derrière. La salle à manger a également plusieurs portes donnant accès à la terrasse. De la salle à manger, un passage voûté nous mène à la cuisine très bien équipée avec un accès à la buanderie et à un WC indépendant.

Il y a deux chambres qui ont vue sur le jardin et la rivière, chacune avec leur salles de douches. Les deux autres chambres ont des lits jumeaux et il y a également une troisième salle de douches et une salle de bains. Récemment, une piscine de 10m x 5m a été installée dans le jardin entre la terrasse et la rivière.
